County House is located in the city centre of Plymouth, but is also within very short walking distance of the sea front on Plymouth Hoe, making it both a very pleasant, as well as convenient, location—not least at lunch times, as it is possible either to go for a pleasant stroll on the sea front, or into town.

Parking permits for the surrounding area are available to our tenants from the Civic Centre at a small cost.

The railway station at North Cross is no more than a 15 minute walk through the city centre.
