At County House we provide a second-to-none reception service for our tenants, greeting your visitors in a professional, but personable manner when they come to the premises. Telephone calls are taken in our tenant's business name (which will have been entered into our PABX phone system), routing them to specific personnel at their extensions, as well as taking and forwarding their telephone messages if they are not present. (Our receptionist can also be 'programmed' to screen your calls, should you wish, as well as perform diary services on your behalf.)
In addition, we receive and prepare your mail for post as required and any hospitality that you may require for client/customer meetings. Virtual secretarial services are also available.
All told, we believe that our service greatly enhances the image of our tenants' businesses, whilst at the same time making great savings, as the need of a Receptionist is negated.
