Telephone System

The telephone system at County House is a PABX system. If a dedicated number is used, the telephone calls can be taken in your business name and with the greeting you specify.

DDI rental & Handset hire: £15.00/mnth for hire of a dedicated number (DDI) and which is inclusive of the first handset.

These handsets are Samsung LCD devices which are fully programmable for a broad range of functions and which can also be grouped together for inter-room communication, should more than one room be taken.

If more than one handset is in use, then multiple calls may be made over the dedicated line.

A company voicemail box that can be remotely accessed is also included with the system, as can the personal voicemail left at each extension.

Call costs: Call costs are 3p for all standard local and national calls, and a 12p flat rate to all mobiles. However, if you are making a high volume of external calls, then a lower rate may be negotiated.
